U pipe solar collector composes of metal U pipe .metal slice,insulation layer,vacuum tube and collector frame.Plug U pipe into vacuum tube and have metal slice put inside tube and fixed on one side of U pipe .Then water circulation will happen to the system due to water temperature difference between the two sides of U pipe.

Solar collector can be separated with tank .And the transmitter inside U pipe will have the solar radiation converted into heat energy which transferred to tank by heat exchanger.Transmitter can be anti-freeze liquid,which is perfect for cold area.And workong pressure can bear 0.6Mpa.
